My background
My background is as an accountant and as Interim Finance Director in many well-known charities, so I get things done!

At this stage, I will produce a detailed plan to achieve the aims we’ve agreed on, including specific action points and timescales.

ELIVER THE PLAN
Finally, I implement the plan – with your team, or if necessary, bringing in additional resource. We’ll keep to all the agreed dates and you’ll be updated regularly at key milestones.
